are intended for use by qualified persons, Gunsmiths or Pistolsmiths, always
over-implementing appropriate safety precautions. No liability is expressed or
implied for damage or injury which may result from improper installation or use
of products sold by BHSpringSolutions LLC.  Any modifications to your
firearm may void or nullify the manufacturer’s warranty.  All products
sold by BHSpringSolutions LLC are intended to always be kept out of reach of
children.

The owner and/or end user of all products
provided by BHSpringSolutions LLC assumes all responsibility for correct
function of all aspects of the firearm in which these springs are installed,
and it is the owner’s responsibility to replace springs when necessary. 
Because firearms manufacturers production margins can vary, it is critical to
test all functions, prior to use of the firearm. BHSpringSolution LLCs advises
that periodic inspection and analysis of proper function of the entire firearm,
by a qualified pisolsmith or gunsmith is critical to safety and proper function
of all firearms.  Owner of these springs accepts this disclaimer of all
liability on the part of BHSpringSolutionsLLC, and agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless BHSpringSolution LLCs, it’s owners, and/or it’s employess, for any and
all injury or loss that results from use of products  provided by
BHSpringSolutions LLC.

FIREARMS SAFETY

Firearms safety is your responsibility –
always assume your firearm is loaded.  Before handling or working on your
gun, make sure ALL ammunition is removed and the chamber of the weapon is
empty, AND remove ammunition from work area.  Never point your firearms at
anyone. If you are not completely comfortable with installing your
BHSPRINGSOLUTIONS LLC springs or you have any questions concerning the safe
operation of your firearm, have it serviced by a qualified Gunsmith.  No
products sold by BHSpringSolutions LLC are intended to replace periodic
inspection of your firearm by a qualified Gunsmith.

CAUTIONS and
INSTALLATION TEST PROCEDURES

ALWAYS BE CERTAIN THAT
YOUR FIREARM IS UNLOADED BEFORE WORKING ON OR CLEANING IT.  Immediately
after installing any BHSpringSolutions LLC spring, or any spring, in any type
of firearm that imparts power to a hammer(s), striker(s) or firing pin(s), as
the case may be, with the firearm UNLOADED and without any trigger contact,
actuate the firearm several times in a vigorous manner to make certain that the
hammer(s), striker(s) or firing pin(s) are securely retained in the cocked
position prior to let-off.  Also, actuate the safety to determine that it
is working properly. 

If during these tests, the hammer(s), striker(s),
or firing pin(s) should fail (be released without trigger contact), or the
safety does not work properly, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOAD OR FIRE THE FIREARM until
corrective repairs are made.  If any doubts ever exist concerning the safe
operation of your firearm(s), consult your local Gunsmith.  The above
procedure also applies where recoil, bolt or action springs have been installed
as well as with any spring replacement.

NOTE:  Always wear high-quality safety
eyeglasses and other appropriate safety equipment, and over-implementing safety
procedures when: shooting, installing BHSpringSolutions LLC springs, or working
with any BHSpringSolutions LLC products, to prevent injury.  DO NOT use
ammunition exceeding standard factory pressure levels.

NOTE: The use of any aftermarket product in
your firearm may limit or void the manufacturer’s warranty.

WARNING –  Failure to follow these
procedures may result in accidental discharge, firearm damage and serious
bodily injury.  Always be certain that your firearm is functioning
properly before use.

WARNING –  BHSpringSolutions LLC does
not recommend the use of reduced-power hammer or striker springs in firearms,
particularly in firearms used for critical applications such as law
enforcement.  Reduction of the hammer or striker spring may compromise the
reliability of the firearm.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

BHSPRINGSOLUTIONS LLC GUARANTEES ITS
PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. IN THE EVENT
OF ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, BHSPRINGSOLUTIONS LLC SOLE LIABILITY
THEREFORE SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY SUCH PRODUCT(S) THAT ARE DEFECTIVE IN
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.  THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY SUCH PRODUCT(S) SHALL BE
BHSPRINGSOLUTIONS LLC SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY
EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENTIAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.  NO OTHER
WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, ARE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IF

All DOMESTIC Orders to be shipped to
addresses within the United States can be placed 24/7 on our website.

are accepted on our website. 

SHIPPING

BHSpringSolutions LLC ships via US Postal
Service. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

BHSpringSolutions LLC charges Standard
Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States, visible during the
checkout process.  International orders must be completed via email at
BHSpringSolutions@gmail.com and shipping charges will be calculated at time of
order. 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices listed our web site supersede all
previously published information. Prices are subject to change without notice.
BHSpringSolutions LLC reserves the right to discontinue or change
specifications of any item without notice.

SHORTAGES AND ERRORS

All claims for shortage or shipment errors
must be made WITHIN 10 DAYS after receipt of shipment. You will not be charged
additional shipping charges due to errors on our part. 

EXCHANGES

Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days
of receipt if it is UNUSED and UNOPENED in complete original packaging. You
will be billed for shipping charges for the new merchandise unless exchange is
due to an error on our part.

BACK – ORDERS

On rare occasions we must backorder an item which is out of stock. You will not be billed for any additional shipping charges on backorder shipments.

Refund/Order
Cancelation policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at BHSpringSolutions.com operated by BHSpringSolutions LLC.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have
to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product
must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we  will inspect it and process your refund. The
money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the
purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a
refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you
have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be
eligible for a refund.

SALES TAXES

Orders shipping to the state of Indiana are
subject to sales tax.

EXPORT NOTICE

are classified under Category I(h) of the United States Munitions List and are
subject to the export licensing controls of the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations (“ITARs”) administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls
of the US State Department. These export control requirements apply to any
shipment of our products to the purchaser, consignee, or end user outside the
United States and to any domestic purchaser in the United States who intends to
export our products after purchase from BHSpringSolutions LLC.

Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees to
fully comply with all provisions of the ITARs (including obtaining any export
licenses that they may be require prior to shipment to a foreign purchaser or
other party). These agency requirements apply to the ultimate disposition or
export of any product purchased from BHSpringSolutions LLC as well as any
products assembled, manufactured or otherwise produced by purchaser that
incorporate or utilize products purchased from BHSpringSolutions LLC.

us.  When approved, we will setup a dealer account and enable dealer

copy of your sales tax exemption certificate on file if you do not wish to be
charged sales tax.
