The user "Hands and Steel" form the HiPower Forum on his order (Arcus 98DA kits, Punch Tools and Polishing kit)

The springs I received are extremely consistent in length and finish, and have a very high quality feel to them.  They are vastly more consistent and easier to work with than other manufacturers' springs I have used.  I did a side by side comparison from a spring kit intended for use in an Arcus 98DA to the factory springs used in Arcus pistols and found them to be identical, as was to be expected since they are produced by the OEM spring provider to Arcus Co.
As a testimony to these springs, I have no idea how many thousands of compressions the original recoil spring in my carry pistol (an Arcus 98DA) has undergone as part of daily handling, and no idea as to how many rounds it has (flawlessly) sent downrange - the original recoil spring is still in that gun, and has only lost 2 to 3mm of length at the maximum from the length at which they are produced, which accoring to the instructions on BH Spring Solutions' spring kit packaging is considered the normal "set" length for a new recoil spring.  Obviously whoever is manufacturing these springs knows what they are doing.
The spring kits I received came in very well thought out packaging, with instructions and a very useful spring length index.
I also ordered their polishing kit and pin punches.  The polishing kit is very nicely put together with good quality polishing bobs - these appear as if they are more durable than most, time will tell.  Very clear and well written intructions were included.  The pin punches are alsovery well made - these are several grades above what you're likely to find at the local hardware store.
Overall I am extremely pleased with what I received and will be ordering from BH Spring Solutions again.  These are very professional people who obviously take their work very seriously - if you are annoyed at the inconsistency and laziness that are rampant in firearms related industries (a field where quality, consistency and attention to detail should be the absolute priority) and are hoping to find a better product at a reasonable price, then I doubt you'll be disappointed with what these gentlemen have to offer.

1911 forum user about Trigger Springs Kit
I am primarily a 1911 shooter but also have a really nice customized MK III HiPower in 9mm. My gunsmith tuned the gun to have a really crisp 4lb trigger, however, I don't shoot it nearly as much as my 1911s due to the difference in reset between a tuned 1911 and a HiPower. I read about your line of replacement parts on this forum and ordered your trigger reset springs. I had my gunsmith install your 2 coil spring last weekend and am really pleased with the result. The difference between the factory spring is amazing. Obviously, it can't change the length of the reset due to the geometry of the Highpower trigger but it made the reset and the return motion of the trigger to the point of reset MUCH more positive the stock spring. The heavier spring did increase the weight of my trigger by about 3/4 lb but the overall feel of the trigger is so much better I will gladly accept a bit more resistance . The trigger also resets now with an audible click which is the first time I have had that experience with a HiPower. It isn't quite as audible as a Glock with the "New York" trigger, but definitely an audible, positive reset. Thanks again for a great product.

As a Armorer for a number of gun makers, you always find a need for a tool to make that operation easier. The " Main spring tool" for the BHP is a must add to your list of tools! It's so easy I took the strut assembly apart 3-4 times because I could not get over how easy this tool made the job. If your a Gunsmith, Armorer or Diy'er get one, you will not be sorry!

Looking forward to try other offerings of BH Spring Solutions.

...The punch arrived and it works perfectly. The tip of the punch is machined in a cup shape to keep it from slipping off the tapered end of the pin. The rubber cushion that encircles the base of the punch tip is the only thing that contacts the frame. There is no way the punch could damage the finish. Place the frame of your pistol on a solid surface with enough clearance under the left end of the trigger pin to allow it to move, place the cupped tip of the punch on the tapered end of the pin and give the punch a solid whack. The pin moves just far enough to loosen its tight fit in the frame. Take a regular punch that will fit through the hole in the frame and push the pin the rest of the way out. It shouldn't be tight after it moves the first little bit.... - 1911 forum user on the no-slip starter punch click here
